Purchases aren't showing in the admin panel

• Check that sv_tebexSecret is set in server.cfg and that the server shows as connected in Tebex.
• Check that the game server command on the package matches sbvip_purchase {transaction}|... exactly.
• Check that the command is set to run even when the player is offline.

A player redeemed a code but got 0 tokens

• The Tebex package name doesn't match any package in /vipadmin > Tebex packages. Look under Bought on Tebex but not set up, click Set up, and the player can redeem again.

"Transaction not found"

• The player may have mistyped the ID, or Tebex hasn't sent the purchase yet. Wait a minute and try again.

Items aren't being given

• Make sure the item exists in your inventory's item list.
• Set Config.Debug = true to print any SB Bridge call that failed, and check SB Bridge's own debug output.

Players get kicked by the anticheat when entering the shop or test driving

• Set Config.Anticheat to 'sbanticheat', or to 'custom' and fill in anticheat.lua.

A message says Config.<something> is missing

• A section was removed from config.lua. Restore it from the original file.

The shop doesn't open

• Make sure the folder is named exactly sbvip.
• Make sure ensure sbvip comes after your framework, inventory and oxmysql.
