Phone Numbers

Config.Phone = 'auto' picks lb-phone if it's running. Otherwise it uses charinfo.phone, which works with qb-phone and its forks.

With lb-phone, the number is the player's equipped phone (GetEquippedPhoneNumber). If none is equipped, it falls back to the most recently used phone for that citizen ID.

Config.FormatPhone shows 10-digit numbers as (123) 456-7890.
